He is also the founder, and served as the CEO of iLogos Game Studios, a solution provider in game production and co-production, and was a founder and CEO of Nika Entertainment, a global mobile and canvas games self-publisher and developer with 60M+ players worldwide.

Max was named an Honorary Inventor by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and holds both an MBA and a PhD. He also co-founded Ukraine’s tech entrepreneurs club that united 300 successful founders and top managers of global tech companies from Ukraine to collaborate and share experience.

In Nika Tech Family, Svitlanka is a General Partner and a Head of the fund’s internal SWAT-Agency that helps portfolio companies with building the turnkey business units, planning, growing and structuring services for the sales funnel, audits of the business units for defining the growth potential, and coordinating the implementation of improvements.
